Fox Chapel Area Band Parents Association The Fox Chapel Area Band Parents Association (FCABPA) is the parent group recognized by the school district as the official support group for the marching band, concert band and jazz band. The purpose of the FCABPA is to promote and further develop the growth and welfare of the Fox Chapel Area school district music program. |
